Wondering how to find the employees of a company on LinkedIn?

Maybe, you want to find your co-workers.

Or maybe you are a job seeker or freelancer looking forward to growing your network and building long-lasting relationships.

Whatever the case, if you are wondering whether you can find employees of a company on LinkedIn is possible or not, let me assure you that it’s really simple.

All you need to do is head over to the company profile and from there you can get access to everything you need.

And trust me – you don’t need any software for this.

Just a regular LinkedIn account.

Let me show you how to do it.

Throughout this blog post, I’ll show you:

I’m so excited to share this information with you.

Let’s dive in straight away.

How to Find Existing Employees of a Company on LinkedIn

To find existing employees of a company on LinkedIn, the first step is to head over to the company’s LinkedIn profile. On the company’s page, you’ll be able to see how many employees work there. For example, if 1,000 employees work in a company, then you’ll be able to see “1,000 employees” or “See all 1,000 employees on LinkedIn” – something similar. Upon clicking on it, LinkedIn will put in front of you a list of all the employees.

Let me show you how to do find existing employees of a company on LinkedIn:

Head Over to the Company Profile and Click on the {X Employees Work Here} Section

The first step is to head over to www.linkedin.com (if accessing on Desktop) or launch your LinkedIn mobile application (if accessing on mobile). Log in to your profile, if you haven’t already.

From there, through the search bar, look up and head over to the company’s profile you’re looking forward to finding employees of.

Let’s do it for {Company X}

As you can see in the screenshot, it says “X employees work here.”

Upon clicking on it, LinkedIn will fetch a list of employees who are a part of the company.

Apply Filters to Find the Existing Employees

You don’t really need to apply any filters – to be honest – as LinkedIn automatically applies the “Current Company” filter – which means you’ll see the list of existing employees of the company.

Still, you can confirm by clicking on “All Filters” and from there, click on “Company Name” under “Current Company.”

This means – you’ll only see a list of existing employees. Under “Current Company,” there’s the “Past Company” option. Make sure the company name is unchecked – if you keep it checked, you’ll see the past employees as well.

How to Find Former Employees of a Company on LinkedIn

To find former employees of a company on LinkedIn, head over to the company’s LinkedIn profile, click on the “X employees work here” and apply the “Past Company” filter to get your hands on a list of all the past employees.

Allow me to share detailed steps:

Head Over to the Company Profile and Click on the {X Employees Work Here} Section

First, head over to www.linkedin.com (on Desktop) or launch the mobile application. Through the search bar, visit the company’s profile – company whose former employees you’d like to see.

Let’s do it for {Company X}

As you can see in the screenshot, it says “X employees.”

Upon clicking on it, LinkedIn will fetch a list of employees who are a part of the company.

Apply Filters to Find the Former Employees

Now, you’ll probably see a list of all the existing employees. But now to see the former employees, click on “All Filters.” From there, uncheck the company’s name under the “Current company” section and tick-mark the company’s name under the “Past Company” section.

Upon performing these steps, LinkedIn will fetch a list of all the past employees who worked at the company.

Conclusion

NOTE – You will only be able to see the former and existing employees if:

  • Employees have a LinkedIn profile
  • Employees have added the company to their profile.

I hope I was able to help you find the current or former employees on LinkedIn. If you think I missed out on anything, feel free to add it in the comment section.
